The package should be factory sealed (for returns within 14 days), and any included gifts or exceptional accessories must also be returned. If you set a password on the device you wish to return, please remove it; otherwise, the return request will not be processed correctly. This applies to products with manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned with all inclusions and packaging in their original condition.
