Return Policy

You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt.

If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the site, is fake, or was received damaged due to transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for free. The value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

When returning the product, ensure that all accessories and labels are intact and that the product is in its original packaging and condition as received. The package should be factory sealed (for returns within 14 days), and any included gifts or exceptional accessories must also be returned.
